Alvonex Academy is a division of Alvonex Ltd. This Shipping Policy applies to physical books purchased through the Alvonex Academy website. Online training courses and other digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver physical books to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been successfully received.

Standard delivery is normally completed within 3–7 working days from the date the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.

Free Standard Delivery

Alvonex Academy provides free standard UK delivery on all physical books purchased through our website.

No standard delivery charge will be added at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

Once an order has been processed for dispatch, it may not be possible to change the delivery address. Customers should check their delivery details carefully before completing an order.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will assist with investigating the delivery.

Please allow for reasonable carrier delays before reporting an order as missing.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number, details of the problem and, where appropriate, photographs showing the incorrect or damaged item. We will assess the matter and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
