The Care Certificate: Building Confidence in Care Roles
The Care Certificate is a nationally agreed set of standards designed to ensure health and social care support workers have the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to carry out their role safely and confidently.
This course covers the learning outcomes and requirements that support workers are expected to complete before working unsupervised. It provides a structured foundation for those entering care roles, supporting both individual learners and organisations in meeting recognised training expectations.
Suitable for learners working in care and hospitality-related support environments, the course is completed online and allows learners to study at their own pace. With a total duration of approximately 990 minutes, it offers in-depth coverage aligned with nationally recognised standards. On completion, learners receive a downloadable certificate for their training records.
The course is approved by CPD, awarding 18 CPD units.
