Emergency First Aid at Work – Online Annual Refresher
Emergency first aid skills are essential in the workplace, and regular refreshers help ensure first aiders remain confident and prepared to act when it matters most. This annual refresher course reinforces key knowledge and practical decision-making for real-life emergency situations.
The course highlights some of the most common incidents that first aiders may encounter at work and explains the actions that can be taken to help. In more serious situations, learners will understand the importance of assessing the scene, providing accurate information to emergency services, and acting appropriately to increase a patient’s chances of survival.
Designed as an online annual refresher, the course takes approximately 150 minutes to complete and allows learners to study at their own pace. On completion, a downloadable certificate is provided for training and compliance records.
The course is approved by IIRSM, Institute of Hospitality, and CPD, awarding 4 CPD units.
